A Cottonmouth (Agkistrodon Piscivorus) aka Water Moccasin and I have a stare down after he realizes he was crawling towards me at Brazos Bend State Park, Texas.
This is Print P001F
I print on this side of the can as a statement about what our waterways will become if nothing is done to curb the pollution by the very people who proclaim to be there to enjoy the "Pristine Outdoors".
The photograph was taken on August 20th, 2016 at Brazos Bend State Park, just outside of Houston, Texas, USA.
The can is a Miller Lite that I collected from the side of FM2100 in Huffman, Texas, USA, on March 24th, 2018.
I printed on the inside of the can after using 200 grit sandpaper (on a palm sander) to remove the top coating. This made for a smooth surface with even sanding. There is a small amount of texutre added from the sandpaper.
Prior to printing I applied two coats of the Clear Matte Precoat by inkAID. This is what allows me to print on the metal, otherwise the ink would just run off.
Printed on March 28th, 2018
