Okay... so, it's probably some kind of warbler. But that's as close as I can get to an id.
Ha! From the blog -- it's a Blue-gray Gnatcatcher! (I'd have never known that. Thanks, Dorothy!)
The alligators did not mind us for the most part, but once in a while they would turn their gaze at people on the banks and swim slowly forward.
I, for one, was ready to bolt at the first sign of danger --- inspite of repeated warnings not to make sudden movements around them.

2-mlsnp actually took the picture through the scope...
3-txfireguy's camera and I probably was within 5 foot of the scope, if it counts!
Thanx Guys...especially to kinjotx, because without him carrying all of his equipment, we would not have been able to see or get shots like this!
The slightly crooked skyline resulted from the stitching process. I could have straighted it, but at the expense of some of the angle of view (it currently nears 180 degrees)
