rainy, rainy day, spent mostly outside. came in, got changed into crazy dry warm outfit, then plaited my hair and twisted it into a high bun. took this myself. the outtakes are ridiculous!

A little different from what I usually make. Heat formed edges, I hand made the braid using brass wire, and used brown patina to emphasize the details.

This was a portrait my sister Katherine had taken before she had her long braids cut off.

She had her long brown hair braided.

I'm really excited to learn new hairstyles this summer. Last summer I just got frustrated and cut my hair short, this summer in an attempt to grow my hair out, I am practicing different braids.

I french braided half of VV's hair while he was watching some video game (forgot which one)

Wig making exercise for crochet Bleuette. These four wigs are all made from mohair yarn, and are quite simple. By using a yarn with a high mohair content, you let the yarn do most of the work!

This is a simple braid and bangs wig. The cap fits snug, and is not sewn down. This way, Bleuette can change her hair with her outfit :-)

First attempt on braided nails :-)

I like the technique, but I was always worried that there will be lots of bubbles... and guess what... this is bubble mayhem! And I'm out of Essie GTG :-/ so nothing to be done about them. Anyhow... I love the overall look (from far away...)

Next time I need more pigmented one coaters and lighter hand with the application.
