Unfortunately during my flight I packed this paper into the checked-in baggage. So it has been X-rayed nicely. I did this because it was not film, but it is still light sensitive. After developing it came out really faint and light, with scanning I brought back lots of details.

This picture is of preserved class 56 number 56006. The locomotive was onloan to the Wensleydale Railway for its diesel gala, here it departs Leyburn on the rear of a service from Redmire.
BR AM4 EMU 304016 draws to a halt on Platform 2 at Stockport with the 17.48 Manchester Piccadilly - Stoke.
In the centre roads is a stabled GMPTE Orange liveried 142 Pacer, the sidings as we know them today were out of use at the time.
* Never an easy station to photograph on in film days with platforms 2&3 wide apart and mixed lighting sources.

The location and class of loco are the same as 2019 - its' just the livery that's different..

A first sight of Standard Class 4MT 75078 when I saw it heading up to Oxenhope. A walk over the moors on a sunny spring day and a bit of train spotting was followed by a trip to Haworth's chippy and someone else did the driving. A perfect Sunday!
Powered by an L motor in the Firebox and featuring full Walschaerts Valve Gear.
Personally I think this is my best MOC to date and I'm very pleased with how it's turned out.

Time for an occasional rail photo, and this one is of 25124, pausing in Stockport while working an evening Bolton - Mayfield parcels train. It is about to be detached, so it can run round and work the final leg into Mayfield parcel depot, adjacent to Piccadilly. It looks like it has picked up a bit of "roadkill" on its way down from Bolton !

13002 working the hump in Tinsley yard, Sheffield. One of three Class 13 converted from six 08 shunters in 1974 at Darlington Works especialy for working this yard. By the early 1980s traffic had fallen off considerably and when 13002 suffered a major generator problem on 2 April 1981 it became the first of the three to be withdrawn. The overhead wiring in the foreground is part of the Woodhead DC electric system.
My try at a Class 08 shunter that's built around my L-motor Frame. While I'm not big on details and scale, I hope this at least captures the basic shape of the source material. Also, I'm torn at the moment between dark Red and dark Blue color schemes.
Der einzige Triebwagen der Baureihe 173 gammelt leider seit Jahren in Hoyerswerda vor sich hin. Der Triebwagen steht an dem ehemaligen Gelände des Bahnbetriebswerks in Hoyerswerda und ist ein technisches Denkmal.

This is my first actual attempt to resemble some real world prototype. It is based upon a British Rail Class 04, there were some details I could not properly display, for example the diagonal stripes.
This is also the first time building a actual thing in Dark Green, and I now understand all those complaints about colour differences.

Am 13.09.19 passiert die Green Cargo Br 5405 den Bahnhof Hamburg-Harburg mit ihrem richtung Maschen Fahrenden Volvo Zug. Der Zug wird zwischen Älmhult und Maschen mit einer Lok der schwedischen Green Cargo AB bespannt, ab Maschen übernimmt den Zug eine Lok der belgischen Lineas Group und befördert ihn ins belgische Gent.
