I brought my long lens to Central Park looking for opportunities to create bokeh balls in the background. This squirrel scampered onto a rock near me and helpfully stopped in good light with tree leaves and the sky in the background.

Christmas tree completely out of focus and shot with a 50mm f1.4 Super-Multi-Coated Takumar. It's yellow tint to the glass seems to have messed with the colors quite a bit in this image.

Yes, it was super wet and rainy the day I took this shot, but the rain make everything look shiny and awesome, so I didn't mind.
Shot at ISO 4000 but since the D800E is superb when it comes to reducing noise I had to add extra in NX2.
