Confused about bokeh? Me too. But I’m learning. I’ve posted some practical advice on my photo blog, Points of Light

Colored bokeh : Flowers are the sweetest things God ever made, and forgot to put a soul into. View on black

Piwacket, my family's outside cat, is surrounded by circles of confusion as she carefully watches her stalker as he snaps a photograph of her in the garden on a Sunday afternoon. November 15, 2009.

Have so many photos to go through, unprocessed since November. Found this one today.. :)

Love the berries. It's their real colour, I just twicked the levels a bit here. Sadly long gone now bit some wintersweet photos are waiting to be shown :-)

Hope you are having a great weekend!!

i love dreamcatchers. no big deal.

Well, after the last few days the light painting bug has hit me again - typically just in time for the light nights - DOH!

Anyway, tonight I was rooting through my toolbox full of electronic bits and bobs to see what I've got and remembered that I have absolutely loads of these damn things!

At the same time I was struggling to get a 366 shot - it was just one of those nights where your one and only idea doesnt quite work - those of you doing a 366 will understand Im sure?!

Then inspiration (of sorts!) struck and I ended up with 5 different and usable 366 shots in one short session! This was my favourite though but I am pleased to have got another 4 days worth of shots up my sleeve to go and recreate when I need to!

Now its time to dust off the soldering iron and make some new toys!

Cousin of Dalai Llama...I'm convinced working so many nights sends you doolally lol. Hope everyone is having a great weekend :-)
