Looking Close On Friday: "Bokeh Only" theme
It's bokeh from a small section of lights on a Christmas tree exposed for 13 seconds in an otherwise dark room while the camera was intentionally moved.

This time of the year Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers offers great photo opportunities. Took this one at Newtown Park at is was a runner up for Sep photo challenge with Bokeh.
Merry Christmas to all, well never too late!-I thought I can't participate with this Macro Mondays this week, my camera I think has,a bit of problem, anyway, I used my Christmas tree's lights as a background to get the bokeh effect, and my little Santa with the lists ,unfortunately,my name was not there..I hope I get something too! I have been a good girl, well I hope so :-) :-) well ..I do!!!lol
Merry Christmas everyone,

I don't get out for a walk at sunset often enough, especially at this time of year when sunset is quite late. I did make the effort last night and it was well worth it. There was a barn owl swooping around all evening but he wouldn't come close enough (and I don't really have the lens) to capture him. I did however, get some nice sunset shots through the grass (Eileen, I'm inspired by some you yours!).
