My Group Learning assignment this month is indoor photography and as it's Christmas season I did a little session trying to get some bokeh with the tree lights. This little ornament is one of my favourites, given to me a few years ago.
I used a tripod, 50mm lens, f/1.4, 1/5, iso 200, exp comp -0.33

Day 49. The lillies I bought my wife for Valentines Day are finally open so thought it would be rude not to capture them. Shame you can't capture the smell too, the scent is magnificent.

This was a really foggy cold morning. Frozen drops on branch tips as the sun rose made a really nice bokeh effect. The horizontal white lines are fog droplets.
First attempt at bokeh, okay?
Asked Santa for a new lens for Christmas. I'm crossing my fingers and so stoked!
