He's the one on the left!

Was at the Blue Dog Cafe and and experimenting with my camera. I didn't want to use a flash, as a) many places discourage it and b) a singer was performing close by and I didn't want to distract him. So, tried a few pictures along one of the walls.

By the way, the Blue Dog Cafe has very good food and displays (but does not sell) a number of George Rodrigue's work.

burning off some clear scrub on the eastern side of the mountain top.

Yes, I taught Jake how to open my presents for me. He's doing an excellent job. We actually had to convince him that it was ok to do this, he wouldn't normally just rip paper up (unless I hand him the junk mail.)

SQUIRELL!!!! he looks like a little man in this picture i love it

Since we weren't able to hang our New Orleans Jazz fest posters in the bus, we had to at least have some taste of New Orleans art. And this was the best, because it was a free postcard from our most recent visit straight from Rodrigue's gallery on Royal Street. Thanks George!

Too bad this log was stationary. He couldn't practice for the log rolling competition. Roger made me bring the camera out in the woods behind the backyard because he thought Jake walking on logs was the best thing since sliced bread. Taken last summer.

since riding a bicycle without training wheels is his passion, we weren't surprised when odin asked for a racing jersey from bluedog ( a local bicycle shop ) that supports vernon trails, an organization that helps develop and maintain local trails.

Blue Dog is seven years old, going on eight. He was attacked by the real dog tonight, leaving my nephew in tears. I've promised to do some doggy surgery tonight and see what repairs can be made. Look for the "after" picture tomorrow.

Mt. Bluedog, mountain top operating shed at night, operated 20m, with some 80m and 40m testing and trying to contact the rest of the club members who were camping up at Coolah Top National Park on the same weekend. (Easter long weekend, April 2011)

Friendly little guy I spotted at a pub in Camden town, London.

If I turn it, just so, then I'll have a better angle to RIP OFF THE PAPER!! BWAHAHA!!!

Wolfie was once a sweet little boy who lived a quiet life full of curiosity and contemplation. One day, his aunt's crazy miniature Schnauzer bit him on the hand and turned him into a wolfboy. Now, on nights where the sky is lit with a full moon, he runs through the streets yapping at anything that moves, kitty stalking and begging for cherry licorice.

I made Wolfie for my two-year-old nephew, Liam. Apparently, Liam is a connoisseur of soft things--he likes to caress something soft with one hand and then suck his fingers in the other! :)
