Pretty and deceptively rural church on the outskirts of the awful town of Thetford.

I wanted a hair cut so I had 12 inches cut off to donate to a good cause. Children with cancer or any condtion that cause lack of hair growth or hair loss can give the child very low self esteem, so Locks of Love takes donations and they create wigs for these kids. For us it is only hair and it will grow back. For that little girl who has cancer, it is a blessing! I can only imagine the smile that came across that childs face when the wig made from my donation was placed on thier crown. Its enough to make me know that somewhere out there, I made a difference.

Teenage lama gives blessings and as the excited population comes to give the traditional white khatags, or offering scarves at the conclusion of Sakya Lam Dre in Boudha at Dezhung Rinpoche's Tharlam Monastery, Kathmandu, Nepal.

We are usually focused on getting up close and personal with these guys the dragonflies. Sooo from an unusual perspective....I went far on this shot ...just because I can can.
