One of my fave Chinese desserts. The balls are quite doughy, soft and chewy. On the inside is black sesame paste. The soup is warm and gingery. I miss this when I'm in Melbourne!

This was quite good but I do think black sesame + creme is somewhat a foolproof combination...I have to admit though that I don't like really like Japanese flavors in French pastry....
