Quick shot today after another shoot just looked wrongwrongwrong. My skin is so terrible at the moment cos of a lack of air/light. Worst its been in years so I'm not exactly dying to do any closeups these days and the other shoot involved close ups. I just wish I knew how bad my skin looked before I painted parts of my face. Ah wells.

An apron gift for my older sister, who had rushed to my bedside from 7 states away when I was hospitalized in November. She kept extending and extending her stay until finally I sent her back home to her family (including her two-year-old boy). I didn't know how else to convey how the experience had made me feel about her.

Friends of mine wanted some picture made for a Birthday present for their mother.
Using a roll of Savage Super White background paper I was having issues getting the background color the way I wanted it. I ended up putting the SB-600 w/Honl Gel BEHIND the paper and shooting through it. The tough part was getting the color burst where I wanted it in relation to the subject.
