If you haven't had a chance to get out to the seaplane base during airventure. I would highly suggest it to everyone. I've been going to Oshkosh for the past 27 years and this was the first time I went out there. I was very impressed with everything out there. It's a really nice escape from all of things going on around the airport. It is definitely a place to go if you want to relax a bit and the crowds are getting to you. But just be sure to get out there in the early morning to beat the masses.
era donde estaba el malacate el cual usaban para extraer mineral y en ocaciones personal de la mina de la cual extraian oro ,plata, zinc, hierro, cuando no se usaba el malacate los mineros tenian que cargar 50 kilos de tierra desde el fondo de la mina (aprox. 250 mts)minimo 10 veces al dia.
