Zucchini bread. This is definately a favourite of mine, as of now. I made some cream cheese frosting to heap on to this about 5 minutes after this picture was snapped.
1 cup shredded zucchini, raw
1/2 cup peeled and grated apple, raw
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup applesauce (or canola oil)
1 cup splenda/sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat to 350, bake for half an hour or so.
Alexander decided to make devil's food cake with fudge frosting for his favorite stuffed animal's birthday. We made it from scratch!

Baked sushi - sushi rice topped with imitation crab mixed with cream cheese, kewpi mayonnaise, and green onion. A sprinkling of furikake, bake (just to heat through). Then a drizzle of soy sauce mayo and sriacha. It's served with pieces of nori, sliced cucumber, and sliced jalapeño.
We made date balls (filled with chocolate, so as not to be confused with health food) and gingerbread cookies. oh so fun. Together.
Avocado, Krab salad inside.
Scallop on top with spicy mayo and baked.
Unagi sauce, fish eggs and green onion.
Handvo is a savory rice and lentil cake. It is a popular snack from Gujarat. It is served for breakfast, as a snack or as a light meal.

buy a jar of tomato and mascapone sauce
throw veggies in a dish then cooked pasta mix it pour the sauce over cover in cheese and bake
