There is another photo I have taken at this stall called "Fressh Today". I loved the look of this stall it had this rustic and earthy vibe, plus all this delicious fresh bread on display for sale.
Madeline had her sleeves rolled up and she was into the 4 different colours of sprinkles making the cookies so pretty for Mother's Day. She was having a fun time and couldn't understand why her hands were turning a brown colour. I guess thats a mix of pink, purple, yellow and blue sprinkles. Aren't grandchildren fun?
Day 26: Making Bagels. A favorite hobby of mine is baking, and I love a good whole wheat bagel. The bagels are just going into the fridge for proofing. A Nikon 50mm f1.4 (old variety) was used for this shot. I would have picked a different shot, but the focus shifted on me halfway through. I will upload yesterday's shot when I get it developed.
What a bake sale! Inter-House rivalry, effort and House spirit was on show at the bake sale held by our four Houses on Thursday 19th October. It was an incredible sight to see: cinnamon rolls to cupcakes to donuts to personalised house-glazed cakes to the students behind the desks singing their hearts out for their House. Thank you to all of the students who took part - you all did your Houses proud. A tremendous 11,898.50 LE was raised.
My Jaffa Cream Cheese Muffins are in the orange tupperware container in the front. The Great Vegan Bake-Off, Melbourne.
Bake for 10 min, then take out and place extra bread crumb mix on top. Bake another 5. THEN cook over med heat to thicken the sauce.
A classic 1970s dish that's making a come-back!

On Monday 3rd December, we held a friendly competition between Foster and Lewis House, to see which House could raise the most money for their charity through selling home-baked items. The Bake Sale was very well supported, with lots of delicious treats on offer. The Pupil Leadership Teams in both Primary and Secondary took responsibility for selling the items and did a wonderful job. Thank you to all the parents, staff and pupils who supported this event.

'La Flor de Castilla' in Avila for brekkie on a whirlwind daytrip to Avila and Segovia.
Not too sure what this was now...except it definitely tasted of eggs and sugar. It reminded me of a cross-between of 'Kueh Telur' in Indonesia, which is essentially baked eggs and sugar with flour and a Souffle.
