Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting. These were a lot of work to make. But worth. every. minute! lol
Well, they were freshly baked on Sunday morning. Cinnamon Swirls, just before the were drizzled in icing.
Fanad head lighthouse, baked in a cold winters sun. Stunning rock formations and big waves makes for a super location.
Since I have leisure time now, will bake some Madeleines today. Hopefully, it will be a success. I plan to make Coconut-Lime Madeleines.
