This is the "full" configuration; includes the laptop, umbrella, camera, and beverage canteen; things I tend to leave at home (or in the car) on a normal day.

This is a really beautiful bag made out of pvc canvas. The canvas had been part of an art project in 2008/2009 by the artist Margot Olde Loohuis. The building on which the canvas was attached was about to be demolished and a new destination had to be found. MAAK: bureau voor hergebruik an institution that works with artists and recycling was asked to help in this matter. MAAK asked artist Marjolijn Kroon to design a bag for this project. The result is awesome and very sustainable.

Yarntails sent me this wonderful swap of handmade goodies! I've used the bag quite a bit already taking crochet projects out and about, using the little bag for hooks and those little odds & ends I use!

I carry way more stuff than I need in my cosmetics bag. I probably only use half of that. Need to do a clean up.
Take your favorite things with you everywhere with this handmade very cute and vintage denim bag, it'is very youth and useful. The style is boho-hippie, sewed like crazy quilting craft.
I recycled a pair of jeans turning it into a bag. I embroidered it with cotton laces, vintage buttons and cotton fabric scraps.
I used high quality components. The bag is lined by cotton fabric. Outside there are 2 embroidered pockets and 2 pockets with zip inside. Spring is coming and the desire for colors is springing up. Paired with any kind of outfit it will definitely make you much more youthful and charming.
Every handmade item is unique and this is really made with love!
Perfect for travel, work or gift. The bag measures about 35 x 45 cm and is complete with a very nice shoulder strap long of 90 cm.

The bag inspired by Japanese craft books and pics of my fellow flickrers. I didn't use any particular patterns, though. Made from wool fabric and pre-loved wool felted sweater. Embelished with lace, fabric applique and crocheted flower.
Made entirely out of duct tape and vitamin water labels, this is not a bag a bought and put tape and labels over. the handles are also duct tape, with a ribbon over it for decoration.
And while Simon's bag failed over Spokane (www.flickr.com/photos/si-mocs/15417467191/), mine held out for success. Simon had the harder one for sure, and no doubt stressed his bag more.
This is my bag packed for 2012. Winter is coming so you don't wanna forget gloves, scarf and thermos. I realized to late that the Iso was set to high so sorry for the graininess.

A drawstring pouch combining crocheting, knitting and cotton print fabric. Decorated with two tassels.
Inspired by the textile artist Sirkka Könönen's work. The knitted motif has been designed by myself though, it is not a copy of Sirkka's motifs.
Height from the center point of the bottom to the top edge: appr. 13 inch
Circumference: appr. 15 inch
The bottom of the bag is crocheted from estonian wool.
The middle part is knitted from estonian and finnish wool.
The top is sewn from cotton fabrics including Kukkilintu's original fabrics.
The string is knitted i-cord that has been felted for durability.

Reversible bag with detachable flower applications. Same button position to be found on both sides so flower applications could be attached on the side you are going to wear. Button bracelet goes as a gift with this bag.
I made this bag a while ago from old hand-embroidered linen napkins. I added a few stitches of my own to cover some imperfections.
Great for carrying a light book, sandwich or your knitting stuff.
This is the saddle bag from my father's bike. I rediscovered it in a box and am very happy to have the bag loops on my saddle to make it part of the bike I built.
Dirty Bird Concepts flashback. This was built for an out-of-state customer a few years back and I shot it for Baggers Magazine.
Shot at dusk--I laid down on the ground for this one! Three speedlights up high, one right, one left and one behind the bike. The trick is to carefully balance the strobes with the ambient. Canon 5DII, 24-105L lens, Radio Popper triggers.
