This is what I saw when I opened the door to my bedroom yesterday. That bag hanging on the doorknob contains clothes that need to be mended; it's probably pretty soft!
This is a tribute to my old camera bag that is no longer funtional, but I have not been able to throw it away yet. This Domke Toad 20 waistpack served me well for over 12 years, traveling to over 15 states and 4 other countries with me. The red string held the buckle together through most of the Utah National Parks when the buckle cracked during my honeymoon. The safety pin kept the handle on the bag on the way back from volunteering in Panama. All of the nylon straps have pretty much disintegrated. I still have not found a bag that I like as much, although my current camera equipment would never fit in this bag. This old bag also inspired the picture that I will post to the Macro Mondays group tomorrow.
We made two purchases at the store, and while I can’t remember for sure, I’m pretty certain we only received this bag on our second purchase – mainly because I remember feeling excited that I was able to walk away with a “125 Years” shopping bag after all (after getting a regular bag on our first purchase, if I’m remembering correctly). In any case, regardless of when I got it, I’m just happy to have gotten it at all since, as I’m sure you’re all aware, things were looking pretty bleak for Sears’s survival beyond year 125 at that point! To be honest, survival chances probably still aren’t strong even now, but at least they’ve made it out of bankruptcy…

These places are public so these photos are too, but just as I tell where they came from, I'd appreciate if you'd say who :)

It's a fun idea, thanks miss Milk for reviving this lil game!
I always feature other peoples bags on the site, but sometimes I like to show people what I am carrying in my bag. Here is the bag that I have been using recently.
This pretty handwoven wool bag was probably made in Europe or Asia. If you recognize it, please leave a comment

Fossil Messenger bag with photo inserts as a DIY bag for my Fujifilm X setup. I can put Fuji Xpro-1 with 56 1.2, Fuji XE-1 with 23 1.4, Fuji 35 1.4 and Fuji 60 2.4. I can also put the Fuji EF-X20 and an Ipad Air. I tried so many bags but this I really fell in love with it.
This is a good post for Friday the 13th! I was surprised to see this bag of food at the grocery store (think it's either candy or fruit, I don't remember.) They actually have poop emoijs on the bag. I would think that poop would be the last thing that one would want to see on a bag of food. Unless the product was some kind of laxative - in that case, poop is what is wanted.
first side down one more to go. i only did 4 pattern repeats, knit on size 10 addis with my hand dyed yarn
