Amazing knitted bag by Emily Blades using old plastic carrier bags. cut up and knit. The pattern for this bag, with tips on knitting with carrier bag yarn, is included in the book "Knits to Care and Share" by Gerard Allt.

My daughter is a fan of Hayao Miyazaki, director of Japanese animation films. Some years ago I gave to her during a trip to London, a bag with Totoro, which is the logo of Studio Ghibli.

A mid-2000's Circuit City bag I found one day digging through some old stuff in my house. Apparently, someone wants to revive Circuit City, which you can read about in this article. The entire venture they describe in the article doesn't sound too promising or successful should this unlikely plan go through, but the article is still an interesting read as it explains the history and fall of Circuit City in it as well.
Anyway, that wraps up bag day. I have a new store tour laid out to begin this Saturday...

I made a drawstring bag for me! I used @sotakhandmade's tutorial sotakhandmade.blogspot.com/2013/05/drawstring-bag-tutorial Colours were originally inspired by @houseofalamode's gorgeous drawstring bags, although when I started pulling fabrics I veered off my plan! Now I want to make a feather quilt in these colours. My notes, I used 3" squares for this one so it finished a little bigger than Svetlana's pouches :) Don't forget that the ribbons need to be longer too!!

My last photo of my bag contents is now more than 4 years old. So I thought it is time to update it. Technology has gotten still smaller and more powerful, this allows be to achieve more with lighter gear and still carry evrything around in my TIMBUK2 Classice Messenger Bag (10l).
This bag encourages one to switch one's gas and electricity supplier, however, my supplier, along with several others, has gone into receivership and I am advised not to change at present. I think British Gas has taken over as the "Supplier of Last Resort".

This bag isn't really too special, especially if you live near a Kroger as this is their current bag design. However, I usually take a souvenir bag with me when I go to different stores while traveling, so that's how this bag found it way into my collection. This bag came from my first ever visit to a Kroger in Richmond Hill, GA this past summer.
