CBS News Correspondent Ben Tracy notes that it was one of about 20 exotic animals kept inside the owner's backyard "menagerie."

So people have asked what in the world we're building in the backyard. Here's a rendering Chris did in Google SketchUp. It's a bench around the fire pit. Yes, the wall will be painted red!

This is the backyard before the kids get to it. I will be shoveling "poop" runs for the dogs here soon. Otherwise the little dog would be buried.

Backyard after a 10 minutes of heavy rain. Went under a couple inches (damn being at the stormwater nexus!) but seems to be draining off okay now, which is excellent!
