Day 74 of 365
Today we had a golf tournament set up in our back yard. It was only one hole, but it sure was fun. There was registration and a scorecard to track the course record. I love seeing they boys' creativity at work. And they especially enjoy when the whole family participates.
My parents just want to show family parts of the house/retaining wall. They just want me to make the yard look decent.

3rd & last run of the day on the return leg inbound to Minersville Station. A late fall day that had winter conditions that was cloudy and snow showers.
Since I've put up feeders over the past few years, the Parrots/Parakeets have found them. Don't really care for them, they're noisy, bossy and eat a lot of feed.

I was looking for the Ring-necked Ducks that usually return around this time when the egret came around the corner. I thought it might have just swallowed a fish as its neck looks angular and water drops trail its feet.
This beauty is in our backyard. We did not know that it would look so good with the brilliant yellows, because it was all green when we moved here a few months ago.
