True story: At my grandpa's house, they have wild peacocks that basically live in everyone's backyards. There are two of them that are each missing a foot--this one is missing it's right foot.
Post script: I added adaptive lighting to this, which is why the dark got pushed to the edges.
My Aunt & Uncle's backyard and pool in Miami Shores, Florida. A little slice of paradise that (thanks to their abudant generosity) I savored every minute of.
Our backyard...this is a complete rehaul makeover from when we bought the place. It is so nice to sit back and take in all the hard work that goes into some things...sigh :)
Good Morning!
I got into a little bit of trouble last night.
I was helping prepare dinner when I noticed this little fawn and her mother wandering around my backyard. I ran and got my camera and went outside (out the front door and quietly around to the back corner). I was gone maybe ten minutes, but when I got back Sandi, my wife, was a little annoyed that I had abandoned her. Dinner was still wonderful.
I didn't get any great shots of the fawn with her mother, but I did get a few of each of them. More later.
Cheers,
Wade
