"Back off!" A Male Nyala displaying to show his dominance to a rival, it was fascinating to watch this game of chess as the two males competed with each other

177 / 365 - back to basics
(on black)
Don't have time to write anything witty, snappy, funny or pimpy. Only 4-letter words, because I'm recovering from the complete 365 wipeout described in one of the previous 365 shots (two shots ago, to be precise).
At the Heaven entrance, a guy sees another guy with a beard and recognizes him as Ansel Adams. He asks St. Peter: "Is this Ansel Adams? He's not dead yet!". To which St. Peter replies, "Oh no, that's not Ansel Adams. That's the God. He sometimes thinks he's Ansel Adams, but we don't pay much attention to that." I think Henri Cartier-Bresson is next on the God's list.
Also, paying hommage to the Pimp, who has finally completed his 365 (officially now, signed, sent, delivered and done). Long live the fedora!

one color outtake in the comments.
it was raining this afternoon/evening, so i just stuck my head out the back door and shot a few pictures, hoping that i would be able to salvage them in Lightroom.
I made that bag myself, too! It's covered in cat hair, but such is life :3 I'm not too happy with that little point on the right side, but it's too late to fix it now, and I honestly don't even want to. It's not noticeable when I'm the one wearing it.
Some of the more regular birds in this post. All taken yesterday. I liked the dynamic pose of this one and the dark streaks at the top create an interesting mood for me.

my wife's birthday dinner: it rained but what the heck... Of course, the greens are from our vegetable patch. The sauces: garlic/fresh thyme, tomato/chili pepper and fresh dille/italian herbs
