Ceramic wall vases. This is the back side showing how they are signed, dated and have a nail hole to hang them on the wall.
So I'm going back to school on Monday so I won't be active a lot and it will take longer than 1 day to make figures so yeah scarecrow will be finished Monday or Tuesday later
i felt some kind of jealous about that t-shirts i made as a gift. so i decided to make one for myself too:)
First it was country music, then sweet tea, then a pick up, then cowboy boots, then TX college, then a cowboy hat.....and FINALLY a horse!
I'm back to life from my two week battle with the H1N1 or H3N2 or whatever you want to call the nasty little bug that got me.
I want to thank all of you friends for your kind words and well wishes. It meant a lot. When one is as miserable as I was during the apogee of one's illness, any sort of positive sentiment counts and heals.

Birthday gift for a friend of my son who loves mazes, green and red. I used a shark drawing by my son for the label on the back of the shirt. My son had the idea to have the maze start at #4 and end at #5 since the little boy was turning 5.
The fabrics are both lightweight cotton jerseys.

Back in the old yellow comes CNW Dash-840C 8544 on 3-92. The grain cars it is pulling are also back in Iowa for more grain. I believe this location is just West of the Kate Shelly bridge.

.The "Vappu" 1st May celebrations, most popular venue is Kaivopuisto or Brunnsparken, where hundreds of people congregate, mostly wearing their white caps, visible symbols of matriculation.
Many have tables and chairs (or blankets) and set them up for brunch, with champagne for drink. Some even set up pavillions. The technical students and graduates have black tassels hanging from their caps. I have my father's cap at home.
I only noticed two weeks ago that three of the technical students in the photo have their caps back to front :))
