At this time, there are two main theories about Ukraine's actions in Romanian territorial waters and Constanța harbour. Other than ridiculous allegations that the Russians took control of the drones (if so, why don't they do it to protect their own harbours?)
Both theories look very bad.
1) Failed attack against oil tanker Safeen Elona and Romania's oil supply - Iran style, but targeted against Romania, one of Ukraine's closest allies. But they did it before with Germany, except this time the oil is from Kazakhstan not Russia;
2) Failed false flag attack against Constanța harbour, under the disguise of the attack on Safeen Elona.
For those who still are into goodthink and call these conspiracy theories: the real conspiracy theory is that NATO/US did this with Ukraine's hand. There are former officers in Romania who claim that US is supplying all targeting data and actually guide Ukrainian drones to their targets so they did this.
When the Doctor was first released, Of course I immediately made him the subject of a photo. Except it wasn't really a photo I liked.
Part of what drives me is very definitely a drive for perfectio. So today I revisited. I've learnt a lot in the intervening months, and, well, I'll let you be the judge on the results, but I'm a lot happier, I'll tell you that.
Today I was attacked by a group common terns when I approached one section of the mud slough across their nesting area in the marshland. I 'm not sure if it was the red shirt that I was wearing today because I saw a group of three people walk by without any problem. Anyway this particular tern came so close above my head that my lens was not even able to focus because of its minimum focal distance. Boy, was she angry?!!

"A dragon, sir! Cried Rowan. "I see a dragon approaching from the west!"
"Go get the wizard" Came the calm reply. "He should be somewhere in the town."
Rowan went to find Aidric. After finding him in the tavern (Naughty wizard!) Rowan explained why he had come to get him.
"A dragon! I saw a dragon heading from the west!"
"The black dragon?" Inquired Aidric. "The one attacking the farmhouse?"
"No." Rowan replied "This one is red."
As Rowan and Aidric walked up the path toward the tower, Aidric sees the dragon, now much closer than it was before.
"God help us." Whispered Aidric.
"What?! What's wrong?"
"A wyvern." Came the solemn reply. "A red wyvern. Very rare. Very dangerous."
"Behold wizard! Shouted the knights captain, Tristan. "The dragon approaches, can you ward him off with your magic?"
After a short pause, Aidric answered. "I can surely try"
Then the dragon flew faster, approaching the tower faster than possibly imagined. It swooped down, and let out a breath of fire. Engulfing the side of the tower.
A now familiar burst of green light emitted from Aidrics staff. And an invisible hand seemed to punch the dragon, causing it to fly backwards to regain balance.
"Your puny swords will do nothing to this dragon!" Aidric screamed to the knights on top of the tower. "Hide in the tower, and save yourselves!"
"I will not run in terror, while this dragon is attacking my tower!" Cried Tristan. "I would rather die bravely fighting, than hide like a little child!
"Same with me!" Said Espan.
"And me!" Replied Alan.
Aidric sighed in frustration. "Fine, fight if you must."
The dragon came flying in for another attack, but before Aidric said a word of the aincent language, Tristan flung his sword, straight toward the dragon. The dragon couldn't alter it's fast course, and it flew straight into the blade! The blade landed squarely in its eye!
The dragon let out a squeal, so loud that it temporarily deafened the knights closest to it!
"Well I'll be! Cried Aidric. "I can't believe it!"
Then he remembered the dragon was still alive, though hurting painfully. He said the most powerful spell he could muster, and from his staff came a giant fireball. Engulfing the dragon. The dragon became a giant flying fireball, and it flew away. Though not dead yet, Aidric knew it would die soon from it's wounds. Or another dragon would kill it, and eat it.
Later, while the towns inhabitants cheered for Aidric and the knights, a stranger in a black cloak waited in the shaodw. Silent.
He was evil. Pure evil.
Just a quick scene, i actually built a whole MOC... But i just think it looks ugly...

Massive Attack played at the Roseland Ballroom, October 2006. First time the band toured here in a decade.
I built this way back in August of last year, it's been sitting since then for me to get pictures of it and post it. I know it's not accurate but I still think it's cool. All that SNOT work on it was fun!

On a boring afternoon my daughter showed me how to catch a frog (to be instantly released again, unharmed) by wiggling a dried flower stem in a tempting way. When they pounce, you reel them in close enough to gently pick them up.

We were with some friends at the garden today when we saw this Red-tailed Hawk perched in an evergreen along with a dozen blackbirds (Brewer's Blackbird, I think). They squawked at the hawk and attacked it incessantly. The surprising thing is it seemed to ignore the attacks for the most part - even when they collided with it. I stood on a picnic table to get this, the hawk seemed equally unconcerned that I was almost at eye-level with it.

From the first moment that the Chima sets where unveiled I was immediately impressed by 70002 Lennox' lion attack, a small but very impressive set. While I am still waiting to pick up this set with some discount I couldn't help myself to build a little miniature set of Lennox' lion attack when I was sorting last week, enjoy. In the year 858 AD the Vikings, with a fleet of more than 60 ships commanded by Hastings and Björn Jaernside, son of the legendary Ragnar Lodbrog, went around the Iberian peninsula, reached the village of Orihuela in eastern Spain and conquered its castle. At that historical moment most of the peninsula was dominated by Muslims who saw with disbelief the arrival of these northern warriors.
Based on this historical moment The Brickstons along with several friends of the LUG ALE built this diorama of the Vikings reaching a village in the south-east of Spain. The diorama was presented at the ALEBricks event held on June 2nd and 3rd, 2018.

En el año 858 d.C. los vikingos con una flota de más de 60 barcos al mando de Hastings y Björn Jaernside, hijo del legendario Ragnar Lodbrog, rodearon la península Ibérica, llegaron hasta la población de Orihuela en el este de España y tomaron su castillo. En ese momento histórico la mayor parte de la península estaba dominada por los musulmanes que veían con incredulidad la llegada de estos guerreros del norte.
Basándose este momento histórico Los Brickstons junto con varios amigos del LUG ALE construyen este diorama de los vikingos llegando a una población en el sur-este de España. El diorama fue presentado en el evento ALEBricks celebrado los días 2 y 3 de junio de 2018.

I observed the strangest behavior I've ever had the privilege of witnessing. I spotted a Great Blue Heron motionless waiting for fish. I noticed something on its back and realized a Red-wing Blackbird was sitting on him. The Blackbird then began frenzied pecking at the heron's back. Nonplussed the heron never moved. The Blackbird then began flying up and landing on the Heron repeatedly. I estimate about a dozen times. The Heron eventually caught a fish which it ate. Then it started to stalk about with the Blackbird on its back. The strangest and most amazing interaction I have ever seen.
