This Osprey was been harassed by five Western Gulls, as it sat perched atop a pine tree. I've seen crows, ravens and grackles gang up on raptors and owls before, but never gulls. Shouldn't be surprised, since gulls have always seemed to be pretty foul-tempered birds. After about five minutes of alternately looking worried or aggressive, the Osprey flew to a different tree. I was hoping he/she would grab one of the gulls, but no luck.

From the first moment that the Chima sets where unveiled I was immediately impressed by 70002 Lennox' lion attack, a small but very impressive set. While I am still waiting to pick up this set with some discount I couldn't help myself to build a little miniature set of Lennox' lion attack when I was sorting last week, enjoy. The reference set can be seen at shop.lego.com/en-US/Lennox-Lion-Attack-70002.

Another AI creation. This is based on my cat Cyrus.

Not exactly a great photograph, but I thought it was funny. :-)

French troops with armored support counter attack a village held by the Germans near Sedan.

The Renault R35 used by the French had a more infantry support emphasis unlike other light tanks which also had reconnaissance roles. Its Puteaux SA 18 cannon was a WW1 cannon normally used against armored pillboxes or infantry.

But against tank to tank combat it really struggled.

The R35 is from Brickmania but without the trench tail. The minifigs are from their stickers packs as well which are pretty sweet! Weapons from Brickwarrios and Brickarms.

Another small diorama! Used some creator buildings and they work quite well, although I still need to make new old buildings. Let me know what you guys think!

every time i'm at ackers pit and the crow is there it always follows the heron and sometime's attacks it.

read on the internet that it could be protecting its nest or waiting for the heron to drop its food and the crow gets a free meal

Where there are lots of shorebirds there are usually birds of prey looking for the unlucky and unwary. Mary's Point was no exception. While watching the birds, on the evening of August 9, 2016, they suddenly exploded into flight. I quickly looked around and spotted a Merlin giving chase.

As it's appearance happened so fast I had little time to adjust my camera settings for a bird of prey in flight. I did manage two quick shots and this highly cropped one is the best.

The Merlin attack was unsuccessful but its appearance drove the birds off for the rest of the evening.

I just missed the shark eating a piece of tuna, but you can still see aggressive posture and a hint of the tuna in her gullet. It also has an interesting combination of motion blur on the body, but the teeth are perfectly sharp (in more ways than one). I also like the sun rays and the rainbow on the body.

It's early in the clone war, Anakin, Obi Wan and Ahsoka were performing a routine patrol of a mostly uninhabited world. Or at least it was routine… their AT-TE had a mysterious engine failure that they realized too late and it exploded into a million bits and pieces. Luckily they and a few clones were able to escape mostly unscathed. However, the walker was their only form of communication so they were alone in an unfamiliar place, nestled on the edge of separatist territory. They began to travel on foot in hopes of miraculously finding some kind of civilization.

As they continued walking they heard murmurs and whispers from the forest but they couldn't see anything. The whispers got louder and louder but still nothing came into sight. Suddenly the whispers stopped and there was silence. Deafening silence. They still had no idea what the whispers were but they began to realize why they had stopped. Anakin felt it first. Dolly had arrived. They couldn't see the ship exit hyperspace but they knew it had. They could all feel his dark presence. Soon the deafening silence was gone but what replaced was far from an improvement. The sound of blaster fire from the venator that floated above them and the separatist cruiser that had just arrived.

Soon another sound came, the hum of a ship flying near them, getting closer… closer… closer. They knew it was almost on top of them and they wished that it was someone coming to rescue them but they weren't that naive. A separatist shuttle came into view just mere moments later and saw them. They had kept behind whatever they could but it had been in vain. The shuttle quickly landed just 50 yards in front of them. Thew could soon hear the clank of a cyborg. It was unmistakable. Out walked a platoon of battle droids lead by general grievous…

Hey guys, I was watching a video by brickvault discussing a competition that the lego group did a while back in which people were challenged to set up a battle scene and then write a story about it. I have been wanting to set up a little diaroma with a few of my mocs so I gave it a shot. To be clear I am not actually entering this in any competitions, I just thought it would be fun. I hope you guys enjoyed it and let me know if I should do more if this or not.

PS: yes I know that I mixed clones from different eras I apologize, my figure collection is not the best in the way of clones.
