I just missed the shark eating a piece of tuna, but you can still see aggressive posture and a hint of the tuna in her gullet. It also has an interesting combination of motion blur on the body, but the teeth are perfectly sharp (in more ways than one). I also like the sun rays and the rainbow on the body.

Twin rotating gun mounts and a pair of vector guidance pods makes a Xylem attack craft a highly destructive, highly manoeuvrable force to be reckoned with!
I was given a bundle of mixed parts for Christmas which had 3 lime green mud guards in, so I thought ‘now what can I do with these?’ Wasn't sure if I would have time for this second entry but luckily I finished it in the nick of time :D

Thoughts - comments - critiques - always welcome
No idea what happened here. Mallard was quietly sitting few meters in front of me, cleaning his feathers. Coot was on the other side of river (around 40m), then started to move towards me. And finally launched attack on mallard and chased him some meters.
It was totally unexpected, but luckily I managed to press shutter and camera focused well :)

Fold by me
One square sheet of sized Wenzhou rice paper (25 inches or so), no cuts, glue, or supporting wires. Purely wet-folded (ie no MC during the folding process, only for making the paper). Straightforward collapse, insane shaping. Happy with the result!
Folded on-and-off for about 2 months...

Attack From Above
I was laying on the slope of an Alaskan riverbank talking to one of my workshop students. My 500mm lens sitting in my lap. We were interrupted as a bald eagle, carrying a partially eaten salmon, suddenly landed about three meters right in front of us. I could not rise to a standing position as it would have startled the eagle. The best I could manage for any chance of a shot was to lay back on the bank, handhold the 500mm, and shoot between my extended legs with feet spread apart. Luckily, I was (barely) outside the 500’s minimal focal distance. With the eagle almost filling the frame I started shooting. While so engaged, neither I nor the student were aware of another eagle approaching in aerial attack mode intent on thievery. Just as the shutter fired, the attacker’s taloned feet entered the frame as the landed eagle became aware of the aerial disturbance. FYI, stealing salmon from another eagle rather than catching their own is a common survival tactic especially with the oncoming winter season.

Traveling by car to the countryside, I saw that were forming these unique clouds.
The time I threw up as it was getting dark and these phenomena may last a few minutes.
So taking advantage that I carried into the boot of my car the camera equipment and the newly acquired Samyang 14mm 2.8, I stopped at the first open field I found and capture the moment.
The form acquired the cloud seems like a big monster opened his mouth threatening the existence of our planet.
At first, I thought not to post this picture, because it is not a photograph thought and prepared, and the foreground is a bit apocalyptic, but because of the curious and interesting shape of the clouds, I decided to publish it.

Red-tailed hawks are harassed by a variety of birds but especially blue jays. This jay pulled a feather from the hawks head as I took this shot.

More of an attacker than a light bomber, but that's only after the Army discovered there was a perfect amount of space to mount some gun pods with their ammo belts under the wings. This plane is unusually fast for something of its type, despite having a radial engine. The Army wasn't impressed by the Navy Type 37 carrier fighter's top speed, despite its powerful engine, because the frontal profile of the radial was so big. Therefore the Army investigated creating a double-bank radial engine, which has more pistons in a smaller frontal profile, producing more power and less drag.
HOWEVER, this render isn't true to my vision of the plane, owing to mecabricks missing a certain wheel piece. See the comments for the legal version of the nose (the render has a clipped piece). Also yes, the gun barrels are clipped, but cutting tubes is legal in Lego as far as I know, and I have some tubes about that length with me IRL, so... It's all possible in theory!

The Equestrian monument of Emmanuel Philibert rises in the center of the Piazza San Carlo in central Turin, region of Piedmont, Italy.
The monument was completed (1838) in Paris by Carlo Marochetti.
The monument was erected by King Charles Albert of Savoy, to commemorate the military prowess of one of an ancestor from his dynasty, Emmanuel Philibert, Duke of Savoy. In the statue, the armored duke with a feathered helmet, astride a prancing horse, sheathes his sword, to signify the military feats he competed.

Il monumento a Emanuele Filiberto di Savoia (in piemontese Caval ëd Brons, cioè cavallo di bronzo) è un monumento equestre a Emanuele Filiberto di Savoia, opera di Carlo Marochetti, e collocato in piazza San Carlo a Torino nel 1838.
Questo monumento è uno dei simboli della stessa città di Torino.
La statua equestre del Duca si erge al centro della piazza con particolare imponenza. Ritrae Emanuele Filiberto nell'atto di ringuainare la spada dopo la gloriosa vittoria ottenuta nella Battaglia di San Quintino, alla quale alludono i sottostanti bassorilievi. La statua poggia su un piedistallo in granito rosso di Baveno, con intagli di bronzo che ornano la base e la cimasa; su ogni lato è presente lo stemma sabaudo con la corona ducale.

Domestic Goose/Cross Goose/Swan Goose/ Greylag Goose hybrids attacking smaller greylag. They seemd to be getting along quite nicely until these two suddenly turned on the smaller greylag.
