started this during Barcamp and then I finished it on the train to Bridgend as there was no wireless. It's about perfection at an atomic level.

The city has back filled behind this building, now a vibrant and modern place once again. Across the river, the Peace Park which is lovely & quiet. A bell tolls at 8:15am
