A very old Hero Arts wood block stamp (no longer available)- with a sort of arty watercolour. Based on the colours on the stamp. Used Inktense pencils and water brush. Trimmed with a Memory Box die 3" x 4". Not sure how I will make this into a card yet.
Thought I'd try something a little different, I don't often post B&W, this had a little too much green in the top right hand corner, I tried and tried to correct it, but couldn't, so thought I'd try this approach, turned out OK I think....
All done in piknic....
This is the oblisk that represents the artic circle 66° 33' N. Taken on the 12.03.2011 at 6.40am. it sits on an island just off the coast of Norway.
Wild Life Park Bearizona in Williams Arizona. You can drive your car through the 2 mile Park and then walk to see other exhibits. On Route 66 at Milepost 165

When I awoke from a brief after lunch nap…. We were flying over these magnificent mountains with glaciers somewhere in the Artic. I am not sure if this is in the Canadian artic, Alaska or the Russian artic.
