A quick rework of Up and Down by Arty Smokes in black and white because he couldn't be arsed to do it and I had bugger all else to do this afternoon, life being how it is at the moment.

The Arctic Fox lives in some of the most frigid extremes on the planet. Among its adaptations for cold survival are its deep, thick fur,[4] a system of countercurrent heat exchange in the circulation of paws to retain core temperature, and a good supply of body fat. The fox has a low surface area to volume ratio, as evidenced by its generally rounded body shape, short muzzle and legs, and short, thick ears. Since less of its surface area is exposed to the Arctic cold, less heat escapes the body. Its furry paws allow it to walk on ice in search of food. The Arctic Fox has such keen hearing that it can precisely locate the position of prey under the snow. When it finds prey, it pounces and punches through the snow to catch its victim. Its fur changes color with the seasons: in the winter it is white to blend in with snow, while in the summer months it changes to brown.-Wikipedia
The most photographed building in Alaska we couldn't help taking our own. The outside is covered in driftwood and it is now a visitor's center.
Mr director, I am ready for the close-up! You can see the buttons, rotaries and switches more clearly. The rotaries are still missing their knobs.
Architect Jan Inge Hovig succeeded in creating a masterpiece. The cathedral is a landmark visible from the Tromsø Sound, the Tromsø Bridge and when landing in Tromsø by aircraft. The 11 aluminium-coated concrete panels on each side of the roof provide the cathedral’s form.
Two arty photos in one day no less. After visiting the Alnwick Gardens Grand Cascade and their other water features in the summer and experimenting with a few shots slowing the water motion with a high shutter speed I'd thought I'd have a go at the small water drop at the foot of the Avon Dam.

Arty did this all by himself...due to his environmental allergies he has been very itchy lately placing himself close to objects seems to relieve his discomfort...Poor Baby!
