Like a pack of wolves, my family rips the pig apart in just a few a minutes. Those who bring utensils to the table are laughed at. The skin is devoured in seconds. The pig is prepared Puerto Rican / Cuban "Lechon Asado" style, with tons of garlic, salt and fresh herbs stuffed under the skin. (We're Irish-Hungarian, but we know good pig when we see it.) Definitely worth travelling 6,000 miles for.
