The chassis is completed by fitting the rear panel which carries the power supply. At this point it is not connected to the wiring harness, I continued to run the unit from my bench PSU as this has better current limiting if there is a fault (or if I short something out :-))

Shortly after last winter arrived, I decided it would be a good time to wear, and photograph my collection of boots. I decided to add all my high-top and medium high-top shoes and sneakers to that collection.
I'm going to post these photos in segments. This is the third batch, the most recent photos of the boot collection.
Since I'm way behind in putting photos up, I'm not going to comment too much on the individual pair, but if you have questions or comments, I'll try to answer them.
These Nike Foamposite "Spiderman" sneakers are kind of nifty. Well broken in, they are size 5Y, but with the insoles removed they aren't really too short. The toebox is narrower than it appears, however, and does rub on my little toes.

100's of Artists and Activists Condemn Oil Spill At Manhattan BP Station. The start of something much much larger. Protesters in New York City descended on a BP gas station in SoHo on Friday and demanded a boycott of the oil company. We, the Citizens of The United States of America, stand in solidarity with the State of Louisiana and the entire Gulf of Mexico, demanding an urgent resolve of this Extraordinary Crisis. We demand ACTION and ANSWERS, RESTITUTION and PROTECTION and we want it NOW! There’s growing anger at both BP and the federal government regarding the Gulf oil catastrophe; three-quarters of Americans think that BP has muffed the response and — are you listening, President Obama?
The group condemned BP for its response to the oil spill and the damage company is causing to the environment. Some carried protest signs and covered themselves with chocolate syrup and black food coloring to mimick the crude that's washing up along the Gulf Coast.
BP: Spill Could Be 10 Times Current Estimate
The oil giant BP has privately conceded the size of its oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico could be ten times greater than current estimates. The New York Times reports a senior BP executive told a closed-door Congressional briefing that a ruptured oil well could be spewing as many 60,000 barrels of oil a day. The expanding oil slick meanwhile has hit the shores of Louisiana’s Chandeleur islands, a wildlife refuge 60 miles from New Orleans.

I would like to thank all of you have been playing along at home, but the
answer is...
They are all things that I wash in my shower!
That's right folks, I've gone Kramer. When you have a small kitchen sink,
no washing machine, REALLY dirty spinach and no hot water in the bathroom
sink (and scalding hot water in the kitchen sink), there's only one thing
to do: hit the shower.
I was just amused by my own vegetarian ridiculousness the other day when I
bought a pound (half kilo, really) of spinach and tried to wash it. I
rinsed it, scrubbed it, soaked it in saltwater, soaked it in vinegarwater,
and rinsed it again. (Lemme tell ya, appreciate that triple-washed,
pre-bagged spinach!) Then I cooked it, and it shrank to the size of a
tennis ball. All in all, it was two days of work for a single-serving side
dish. And there was still some grit.

Taken at Brush Hill Church I couldn't help but think of farmers of the congregation that came and prayed for a good crop to carry them through the next year and feeling to be at the mercy of GOD. And then by this time of year being grateful for such a bountiful crop as seen through this window from their pew.
The original volume control knob had a long shaft that fitted into the mounting bush of the potentiometer and engaged with the moving contact assembly. This shaft has broken off, so I have dismantled the potentiometer so as to be able to make a replacement.
The front guide rail is held in the frame by a compression spring, if this was a locking key bank, this would be the locking mechanism. I removed it so that it would not fall apart in storage and the spring get lost.
It is now fitted to the mechanism using the new bush. Tests showed it now correctly engages in all modes.
I am gonna give you a tip a day if you don't guess it. (thx your allowed to give the answer at aug 10 okay?)

It took me over 20hours and I had to do it in one sitting coz pieces once cut, had to be used before I forget where to put them. Even with just black and 2 shades of gray, it had over 100 pieces (small and big). The worst part was the hair on the left side. 80% of black in that is just one piece. Took me 90mins cutting just that one piece. The eyes are those which I enjoyed most cutting. However, I ended up with what is one of my masterpieces and big giant head ache.
