I want to know what all the hype is about regarding Pokens (http://www.doyoupoken.com/) so I got myself a shiny green alien one.
Sculpt update on "the Beast" - Alien 79 rework of the creatures head sculpt.
Working on some updates to the skull, the maxilla's depth, the teeth and a new lower jaw. The teeth are all being sculpted similar to the fashion of the larger egg layer xenomorph I've posted updates to recently. The size of this piece is considerably smaller than the egg layer so rather than the teeth being sculpted separately, the entire set is a single piece. I have more work to do with the lower jaw, it's teeth along with details to the "lips" if you can call them that . I'm making molds of each of these small pieces as I go along. Very fragile and I don't want to have to sculpt these pieces over again if I can help it. I'm using Aves FIXIT sculpt so it has strength but even at this scale, it can break easily.
More to come - gotta take one project at a time as I slowly get back into a routine that's been off course now for almost a year. It's not been easy to do. Just need to get along with it.
Thanks for looking!

Scanned image from black and white negative. One frame of an unfinished film found in a second-hand camera bought at a flea market in Ohio in Spring 2006. Not sure what it shows but it looks similar to published photos of alleged alien encounters from back in the 1940s or 50s. Would welcome comment from the Flickr community members.
A little artistic interpretation of the MotoGP Aliens: Valentino Rossi, Dani Pedrosa, Jorge Lorenzo, Casey Stoner
Guadalahara?, the Riviera?, who knows? Note that this Alien has developed a taste for bad earthly habits: tobacco, alcohol, and sunbathing. Also note the condition those same habits left her in.

Bizarre aliens who target women because the fungus they consume for nutrition grows best on female-chromosome bodies.
This creature came up in a net with other species from a depth of 2 kilometres.
In was in the gelatinous pod seen here, which was about the size of a thimble. It could obviously survive the great pressure differential between the surface and a depth of 2km.
It was moving around inside the pod and giving me the evil eye as I observed it through the viewfinder at approximately life size on the 35mm film. It was quite pissed-off I imagine.

A race of aliens whose home was tragically destroyed, the Pegassa seek a new place to live in peace.
For the third time I am reworking the head sculpt to the Alien Warrior - 1:18 scale - ALIENS 86....and I think the third time will be a charm. The first sculpt was too wide, the second too short - This one will be just right as well as a rework on the teeth coming soon! ‪#‎aliens‬ ‪#‎alien‬ ‪#‎alienwarrior‬ ‪#‎queen‬ ‪#‎colonialmarines‬ ‪#‎xenomorph‬ ‪#‎sculpting‬
