“I wonder if aliens deny that we exist?”

'I Techno'……invitation for an alien party? ;-))
Happy Wall Wednesday !!
The super weird hoodoo Alien Throne in the De Na Zin / Bisti Badlands wilderness area of New Mexico. Some really incredible and strange hoodoos in this little spot.
Alien invader, thats what I thought at first when I saw them on our maple stump laying their eggs, 3 inches long needle probing into wood was all new to me,
This is the most amazing part of the process, as the last two segments of her abdomen separate and a taut membrane between them provides the force to drive the oviposito, the straight part seen between her middle legs into solid wood.

Taken somewhere in space and time at Midnight Star
Title sums this seed pod up I think. So just what could it be??? They are real and about an inch long. They are an invasive species and I found these along the Hudson River in New York State. This image seems to have remained dormant waiting for just such a venue as this weeks Happy Macro Monday theme, Seeds - HMM!! Well that didn't work out, the group closed at 8:00 PM ET WTF....
Under the arc of the Milky Way, rock formations resembling alien eggs lie scattered in the Bisti Badlands of New Mexico.

Aliens and fairies, together at last.
Just one more photo of the latest in my ever growing pantheon of characters.
Taken in Finian's Dream (again, cause it's just such a beautiful sim and it seems to fit this alien bugger pretty well in my mind)
On Sunday the 12th September (2021) I noticed a speck in the sky moving. I had to get a long lens quickly to work out what it was. What you see here is a handheld 3000mm image of what was in the sky.
It drifted further away and finally gained a huge amount of height very quickly. Most odd.
His name is Roger and in the winter he lives in the greenhouse.
For Smile on Saturday: anything with A.
HSoS!
Flicker on a TV screen
Everything's more than it seems
The mighty backward fall
We stare at the light on the wall
And I swear to this
She felt like velvet
Second blonde child
Like velvet, velvet
And she comes to take me away
She's all that I needed
I don't breathe another lover, uh
I'm an alien, you're an alien
It's a beautiful rain, a beautiful rain
I'm an alien, you're an alien
It's a beautiful rain, a beautiful rain
Doc and I were driving along our favorite back road, when I looked up and saw the strangest contrails I have ever seen in my life. No planes could be heard or seen, and though the clouds had movement - the contrails appeared to be still. We spent a good twenty minutes observing, and they never changed pattern, so we continued our trip north - bidding goodbye to the alien's message.
