My first proper shoot in a while and I had a blast. Chris was a great model and we got some really good shots.
within I'm insecure

Afraid of the dark
It took me over two weeks
Now, finally done
1 - an item from the kitchen (there is no spoon)
2 - balanced on something (a light tripod)
3 - shot outside at night (starry starry night)
This was my intent, from the moment I saw "kitchen" and "outside at night." Unfortunately, outside makes me procrastinate. Full title is: "Total Eclipse of the Spoon"
Also, it's harder to manually focus in the dark. :)
Inspired by the 'We're Not Afraid' web site this is my upstairs window. I am not sure what the neighbours think though.

July 14 - When new pets arrive at the shelter, they are scared and it takes some time for them to relax and start to show their personality. She is safe at this non-kill shelter and has no reason to be scared....she just doesn't know that yet.

29 When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the Testimony in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the Lord. 30 When Aaron and all the Israelites saw Moses, his face was radiant, and they were afraid to come near him. 31 But Moses called to them; so Aaron and all the leaders of the community came back to him, and he spoke to them. 32 Afterwards all the Israelites came near him, and he gave them all the commands the Lord had given him on Mount Sinai.

I enjoyed drawing the radiating glow around Moses’ face in this picture. I am pleased with the rich reds in the background rocks of Mount Sinai as well.
