Located in downtown Jasper’s at the train station, Locomotive 6015 is one of 16 mountain-type engines built by the Canadian Locomotive Company of Kingston, Ontario in 1923 and used by Canadian National in fast freight and passenger service. It pulled the Canadian version of the Orient Express. This type of engine could move at 100 miles per hour, and It needed about 10,000 gallons of water and 17 tons of coal. The Locomotive 6015 stands today in downtown Jasper, Alberta Canada as the mark of a time long gone by but never forgotten.

Happy Bench Monday!!
HBM!!
It's kinda hard to see the bench but it's there. Surprisingly, because it's in a small town in the middle of no where, this place was kind of expensive and the people weren't that friendly.
We did have a wet Sunday here, and it looks like it's going to be a wet week..:( Anyway, hope your week goes well

The Waxing Gibbous on November 12 has an illumination of 60%. This is the percentage of the Moon illuminated by the Sun. The illumination is constantly changing and can vary up to 10% a day. On November 12 the Moon is 8.35 days old. This refers to how many days it has been since the last New Moon. It takes 29.53 days for the Moon to orbit the Earth and go through the lunar cycle of all 8 Moon phases. Moongiant
Prompted by wonderful wishes in Flickr mail from James and Julie, and David's comment this morning on Meidy, this was life on the fence a few yards from my caravan in yesterday's magical morning fog.
I planned to be back here next week, but couldn't hold off any longer. Thank you David :-) And James and Julie :-)
Loads of stuff has occurred.
Missed this place, your photos, stories and you lovely people so much :-(
Can't wait to start catching up tonight. My love and best wishes to you :-)))
Yesterday we strolled through a sale market in Imperia. It was late afternoon, but still very bright and hot on the last day of July. The sun cast dark drop shadows, which made for an interesting subject.
Yesterday's somewhat unexpected snow must have surprised this Wilson's Snipe, it was not getting any response to its melodious Song.
Bad weather usually results in good opportunities for photography, saw few Moose and Coyotes.
Tyler would have turned 17. We got rotisserie chicken
in honor of his birthday last night. Missing you, bestie.

Yesterday I was planning to visit NYC to see such, Due to the surge of COVID cases, I decided to not go after all. So, I reposting this shot from 2017, taken across street from it @Saks Fifth Avenue, an upscale department store. This year, the Christmas tree was scouted from Maryland.
