Another experimental workout is in my record books..I went through
10 sets of 10 front squats this morning. And I paired the front squats
with kneeling strap extensions using my Jungle Gym XT trainer.
(Kneeling strap extensions are a movement like stability ball rollouts.)
It was a great workout...had to be, because I'm in depletion mode for
summer. It's sexy body time, and like me, I hope you'll have no regrets
when you hit the beach this summer.
The fastest way to get back in shape is to combine Joel Marion's diet
and my TT Xtreme Depletion workouts - I built this workout specifically
for Joel's diet program.

These workout videos are clearly aimed towards women. They promote weight loss and body definition. These videos send the message that your body is never good enough and it will always need to be improved to fit this impossible standard. It tells me that I need to be skinny and have a flat stomach in order to be happy. This is simply unrealistic. While it is important to be physically active, these videos are aimed more towards "fixing" your body rather than being active for general health purposes.
