Theme of The Week - Mobile Phone Photography
This bush just started growing in the middle of my backyard. I mowed it over about 6 times but it kept coming back, so I moved it to the edge. Now, after about 5 years, it is about 15 feet tall and it is the first time it has ever bloomed.
In Lockdown and dreaming about traveling. So went back to the memories of our last trip, in October, 2019.
The ruins of Prora on Rügen. Parts of it are transformed in a hotel and flats but this part will probably stay as it is.

Spring is on it's way , the warmth of the sun is welcoming but the way it reflects on the snow is somewhat blinding. We have a lot of melting to do yet but there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
Week 3 of 50 Weeks Project
The main strobe was placed at around 120° from the camera-subject axis. The second strobe on the other side, creating a straight strobe-subject-strobe line. I used a small reflector with a diffusing material on the main flash to soften shadows just a little bit. Yongnuo triggers.

I'm on holiday for the rest of the week and I'm still trying to keep up.
Even on lazy sleepy days I'm ever-watchful. Someone's got make sure our family is safe. That mailman might be just around the corner.

XI Week 11 12-19/3/20
You'd think with all this stay at home and quarantine, I'd be up to date with my posting.
I got the this shot on the day that it all began in Australia. The shot on the right was in the early hours of the morning when the test car went round the track. On the left is the sign a few hours later. As it turns out, that is the only F1 type car to do it's rounds for the opening or any Grand Prix so far this year. More from isolation soon.
I was 37 weeks pregnant in this photo. I have done belly casting and 3d/4d
sonograms with my past pregnancies, but never got around to a photo shoot

Challenge for WEEK#209
Minimum detail to tell the story of a warm summer afternoon, relaxing by the river.
From the shoebox again, taken in 2012 in Berlin, Kreuzberg.
I just noticed that the flash had automatically fired. Luckily it could not do much harm given the size of the area covered and the force of the setting sun.
Week 33 was spent in Queensland, lazing about by the pool, at the beach and in our lovely hotel room.
Don't you just love crisp, white hotel sheets? I do think the pillows were made with love.
Used my new camera for a live composite star trail photo. I don't like the reflections in it but it's ok.
Wasn't 100% certain if I used the right image image for the week 38 theme. This is just a smaller crop of the image I originally uploaded.
