Last afternoon and evening a thunderstorm hit Perth. The northern suburbs got a lot of rainfall. Some streets got flooded and people got trapped in their cars.

Cold, sunny winter weather; the ducks stand on the ice in the surface thawed water. Others, like the two swans, swim where the water flows.

Kaltes, sonniges Winterwetter, die Enten stehen auf dem Eis im oberflächlich getauten Wasser. Andere, wie die beiden Schwäne schwimmen dort wo das Wasser strömt.

Number 4 in my theme this week Weather. A Sea Fret also known as as Ha pours over the cliffs at Newhaven, East Sussex, UK in 2014. The strong sunlight that preceeded it casting a yellow glow.

Enjoying the Weather POO cat sitting on the deck rail observing his surroundings, he loves outdoors and spends as much time there as he can. It makes him happy, he patrols the grounds of about 4 houses and the woods next to me, he does what he wants and my nearby neighbors treat him like there own, a spoiled rotten wannabe Ferrel cat!

This is a photo where i experienced the way weather can change so quickly and the light too. Started with a glorious sun set mood on the right and with in minutes i had rain and snow clouds coming in from the left. Just manged to catch the last light hitting the trees in the middle. Was an up and down day but i loved it.

It went from raining, to cloudy to sunny and back to rain threatening again.

I cannot seem to get good weather for photography! Either it is raining, or the wind is blowing sooo hard. This day, it was the wind! I liked the grass blowing in the bg though!!

Virga, moisture that falls from clouds, but evaporates before hitting the ground (or sea).

NS #1057 leads H66 south back to Allentown as they head south through Weatherly.

On the way to shoot the two Trout Creek bridges, I spotted this little gem by the roadside. Stopped on the way back to get some shots. Not sure what it WAS. Church? Store? Gas station? House? All of the above? It looked so stark in the spring afternoon sun.

Even if it’s rainy outside, BB wants to sit in the window! For Happy Caturday’s weather theme.

The morning was clear but it started to snow. We got maybe an inch. It was so pretty!

Weather in Tucson in January 2007.

Well into its last 2 weeks of service, GWR Pannier Tank 5786 was out working the Driver Experience service. With the boiler ticket expiring on the 31st May, 5786 will be withdrawn from service and put to rest until overhauled.

5786 is seen slowly passing Caddaford Curve before opening up with the 09:45 Buckfastleigh to Totnes service.

Yesterday we were awakened at 5am with a very loud and bright lightning/rain storm. The storms rolled in and out all day, a welcome relief from the summer heat. : )

The plan was to go for a walk, maybe over to the old tree and back, but looking out the window just now I decided to stay indoors.
