Seyðisfjörður is a small village in the Eastfjords of Iceland at the end of the fjord of the same name. The village is a scenic 27 km drive from Egilsstaðir. Seyðisfjörður is surrounded by mountains on three sides and there are many waterfalls around the town. Seyðisfjörður is also well-known for its old wooden buildings.

Vandaag zaten we weer druk in de lijn om klanten van KPN zo goed mogelijk te helpen! We verzamelden ons op kantoor voor de Open Dag, wat in de eind middag plaats zou vinden. We bestaan namelijk al vijf jaar en dat moet gevierd worden!
I went to my parents' house on Boxing Day and forgot to take a camera. Luckily my new phone has one so I still get to share the snow!

My cousin Mike and his wife Joyce are walk leaders for the Wakefield Health Walks. I joined them for a leaders walk with some other leaders, where they get to be a bit more adventurous than on the led walks. The pics are geotagged so click the map link to see exactly where we were. We took a bus from Wafefield Bus Station to Middlestown and returned again via bus from Overton. We covered around 6 miles which wern't all muddy, and the rain held off until we got home, then there was a big hail storm which I'm glad we didn't suffer in the open.

This was part of the exhibit at the SF MoMA. It was a walk in Kalidascope, that looked from the outside like a geodesic sphere.

So after what seemed like a lull, they are back at it like crazy today the day before the global protest. Like aslap in the face.
