Believe it or not it was a blue sky sunny weekday. I had just taken my mom to her doctor's appointment and I asked her if she wanted to take a drive around the lake. She eagerly said yes. It was a special moment to drive her around and see the Autumn colors on display but I came away with this one as one of my favorites. I stopped to see a white cloud behind the top of this tree. When I got home, I changed it to a monochrome image and reduced the clarity and sharpening slider into the negative to get this image.

I took the dogs up into the hills today. It was a very pleasant morning for a walk, it felt like spring was almost here.
Nothing quiets my soul, removes the fears, frustrations and concerns of life like a walk in the woods.
The ground cover colors amaze me as much as the trees.

A woman enjoys a walk in the woods at Hatley Park with her dog on a mild weather day at 7ºc (45ºf) in Victoria BC Canada.
Although we did need to use cleats on our boots. The packed snow and ice were getting soft and the light on the slopes was very inspiring.
View to Manhattan Bridge, East River and Manhattan.
DAMBO is decoded as Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass though the name now incorporates the whole area next to Brooklyn Bridge too. In the past, it was a busy port neighborhood in Brooklyn. Since then, many warehouses have been converted to offices or residential buildings.

When I walk alone in the snow, my thoughts are only with you. My heart beats for you and I can hardly wait to see you again. I hurry home and we cuddle up by the fireplace. drink a glass of wine together and let's have a good time.......see you soon my angel 💝💋💖💕
The hottest day this year and we decided on a walk in the woods to keep cool. Lovely light coming through where the trees are in new leaf.
Somebody told me my pictures were getting boring ,which was true ; well ...I ran to my nearest beach this evening and I got lots of wonderful shots... , here one of my favorites , I hope you like them too , I really relaxed and enjoyed doing this , love the sea , the sky and of course sunsets . Blue blue blue :))

"A Walk in the Woods"
Tonight's walk with nature produced some favorable results. This first image might be one of my all time favorites from the Parkville Nature Sanctuary that I have ever taken. There was just something about this perfect beauty standing taller than the rest.
Autumn sun rays through the trees at Bolderwood in the New Forest National Park shining on the carpet of leaves.
Drôle de période...
Alors que les contaminations au COVID remontent de manière très nette, que les masques sont presque totalement tombés dans de nombreux endroits publics, et que les mêmes masques recommencent à se réimposer d'eux-même dans de nombreux autres lieux, il règne une décontraction étonnante dans les rues d'Alençon...
Peu importent le COVID, les Présidentielles, les scandales politiques et financiers et peu importe même la guerre en Ukraine et l'ombre de la vitrification globalisée (méthode dite du "un champignon pour tous"), les Alençonnais ont mieux à faire !
Beh oui : il fait ENFIN 20°C ! Les terrrasses se remplissent, les bancs publics et rues aussi !
L'hiver est enfin fini et il est grand temps de reprendre une cure de vitamine D...!
... il sera bien assez temps de penser à se supplémenter en iode plus tard. :-))
