This was actually the most difficult for me when it came to decision-making! I was still focused on trying to
do things programmatically which was seriously limiting my options for a design to lift. In the end, I chose one
I found aesthetically pleasing and gave up on trying to automate everything.
This was otherwise enjoyable since I was able to focus more on the looks of things, but I would have liked to
have deviated more from the source material as the colours here have very little to do with the ISS data I chose to
display with them. The original design worked better because, ironically, it was Javascript-driven and interactive,
which seemed to be outside the scope of this class to try to replicate.

Visual artist and professional photographer Toni Lovejoy held a 3-week workshop at University City Regional Library to instruct students on camera basics, exposure, and composition. Students received instruction through in-class theory, hands-on activities, and photo walks around the library to develop technical skills and learn how to express their creative visions. The class culminated with a Family and Friends Artist Showcase.
