Le lac et sa faune sauvage

Le spectacle de ce paysage
Les grands arbres me quêtent
Comme d’immenses sentinelles
Non je ne perdrai pas la tête
Dans cet étrange jeux visuel

I know many photographers have taken this type of image...but was another comp on my list that I wanted to try. This was taken from the river front in Windsor, Ontario looking toward Detroit, Michigan.

Single frames with this lens are actually quite good but pushing the boundaries of what cheap lenses can do....there is significant 'moustache' distortion in a panorama this wide....it took me forever to repair all the issues. Ah well even with that it is still one of my favourite lenses to use as it has basically all my most used focal lengths in a single lens that is smaller than you'd expect❤

A somewhat unusual shot for me and an abstraction of a larger interesting object. A wooden bench at the Falls of Falloch in Scotland was pitted with worn areas where bottoms had been - these bottom impressions collected water and made for some interesting reflections of the surrounding trees. Oh, there was a waterfall somewhere nearby too but this caught my attention first. For me it was like looking through a pair of binoculars. Enjoy!

This is another one of those scene/vision that I thought about late at night in bed, the night before the session... everything was executed perfectly the couple was so great listening to my guidance and held that pose for a while as we waited for the balloons to be just "crooked enough"

While the Rocca Bianca (3.021 m) receives the last sunbeam of the day, I see in the distance a chamois who goes on his way.
Temporary visions so typical of the high mountain world, most of the time shrouded by the ephemeral mysteries of fog, clouds, shadows and lights.
