Ladies View is a scenic point along the N71 portion of the Ring of Kerry, in Killarney National Park, Ireland. The name apparently stems from the admiration of the view given by Queen Victoria's ladies-in-waiting during their 1861 visit.
These two railroad bridges cross the river in Columbus ... love the feeling of age. This is the view out of the classroom that I am teaching in now ...
Can't decide which of the two crops that I like ... thoughts?

Our room had this wonderful view of the heart of Brugge (Bruges). We sat there for ages just taking in the the scene with its historic buildings and canals. Our room was originally part of a brewery, built in the 16th century.
Scrabo Tower is a 135 feet high 19th-century lookout tower or folly that stands on Scrabo Hill near Newtownards in County Down, Northern Ireland. It provides wide views and is a landmark that can be seen from afar.
A view that I've tried to capture many times, never really successfully. This is probably my best attempt. This is the view west along the Cliffs from Elmo's Tower (directly behind the viewer in the linked photo). It's a dramatic view -- sweeping skies, tall cliffs, curving roads, beautiful woods -- but very hard to capture. You've just gotta climb up the cliffs and see it in person!
