Early morning light at Artist Paint Pots, Yellowstone National Park. Shot during our late August/early September 2016 backpacking trip. I still have a mountain of photos to comb through, weed out, and edit.

Major Kristin "BEO" Wolfe of the @f35demoteam nibbles at Mach 1, popping a big vapor cone for a split-second, in the Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II during Sunday's demonstration at Thunder Over Michigan.

Major Wolfe did a fantastic job showcasing the power and precise handling qualities of the Air Force's newest Fifth Generation multi-role platform.

COVID mandated we spend more time at home, and brought out the creativity... my wife has been experimenting with Acrylic Pouring, and progressed to match it with another technique, photo transfers, matching birds i photographed in our joined trips with her canvases. I like the results...and wanted to share.

Taken with Diana Mini on film, sooc.

I will love the light for it shows me the way, yet I will endure the darkness because it shows me the stars.

Here we go again! I've not been taking photos for about 5 years and now I want to come back to my old hobby. I like shooting portraits but now I mostly just wander around the city with a phone and capture whatever I see. I wish you enjoy my photos!

Hey Guys! It has been a while since I last posted something here, and a lot of things have happened! I went to South Africa and travelled across this beautiful country and saw Elephants up close and when I returned to good old Europe, I packed my things and moved to Denmark. Right now I am back in Germany again, but in september I will start studying in Aarhus, Denmark.

The main reason that I did not post anything new here is that I work on some pictures for a competition by Tamron. I am one of 5 finalists who got a suitcase filled with lenses to realize their concepts. This is actually an outtake from a shoot I did for that project. I hope you guys are okay and that you keep on creating! Never give up on it, creativity is what keeps our heads active and healthy :D

Fresh out of the factory....

It was a merchant steamer that served for the Paraguayan Navy during the War of the Triple Alliance (1864-1870).

It was built in the United Kingdom, originally named Ranger, built in Scotland at the T.W. Seath shipyard, at Rutherglen, upstream from Glasgow on the Clyde River, as a yacht. It was acquired in Asunción on April 12, 1865. It was then one of the fastest ships in the fleet.

Under heavy rain, steam from locomotive No. 2 is lost in the clouds, as the convoy enters the Tierra del Fuego national park. On the right it is possible to see one of the few trees that are still standing on the Pipo river valley. In the past, the inmates of the Ushuaia prison were taken by train to this area, where they cut and collected wood for heating the prison precinct.

Locomotive No. 2 of the "Ferrocarril Fueguino Austral" is a 0-4-0 + 0-4-0 Garrat and was built by Tranex in Argentina in 1994, especially for the FCAF. Originally, this locomotive was named "Nora", in honor of the wife of the original owner of the railway. However, in 2007, after a series of modifications and technical improvements, it was renamed in tribute to engineer Livio Dante Porta, specialist in steam locomotives.
