The N.C. Digital Government Summit, held at the Raleigh Convention Center on Aug. 14, brought together state and local public-sector leaders and technology professionals to explore using emerging technologies such as agentic AI to modernize government services and upskill the public-sector IT workforce.

and Training (TVET) College,

This formed part of their practical studies under the Renewable Energy Skills Development Programme Phase 1, which started in April 2023 and ended in September 2023. The skills program is a partnership between the USAID Southern Africa Energy Program (SAEP), a Power Africa initiative, and the Energy and Water Sector Education and Training Authority (EWSETA), which to date has upskilled 89 women electricians and artisans and 11 lecturers to work with renewable energy.
