Zebras run in a zig-zag pattern when being chased by a predator to make it more difficult for the predator to run after them. The pattern of a zebras stripes are different for each individual zebra, making them each as unique snowflakes!

Old, unique, and full of personality… The Tufa is otherworldly, but you need to search to find the best views. When we finally arrived at the South Tufa in the afternoon, we were thrilled and surprised by the number and beauty of these incredible God made structures on the lake... There is an easy boardwalk trail down to the Lake. The views are magnificent and beautiful. This lake is often used as the face of 'wish you were here' postcards, and deservedly so.

The Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan is a 416-hectare botanical garden located in a hilly area of the southwestern Sydney suburb of Mount Annan, between Campbelltown and Camden, New South Wales. It is the largest botanical garden in Australia, specializing in native plants, with a collection of over 4000 species. Officially opened in 1988, it was known as Mount Annan Botanic Garden, until 2011. The garden consists of Australian Bushland with cultivated displays. On 12 September 1931 a mentally challanged man named Szilveszter Matuska blew up the bridge under a train travelling to Vienna. 22 people died.
The act of Matuska was considered a Communist coup and resulted in the introduction of martial law.

Ospreys such as this one are unique among North American raptors for their ability to dive into water to catch fish, which is their primary food source. And they are very good at it. "Over several studies, Ospreys caught fish on at least 1 in every 4 dives, with success rates sometimes as high as 70 percent," according to AllAboutBirds.org. This bird was photographed near the Fox River in Northern Illinois.
