so she decided to curse Agnes by turning her into the most vile creature she could think of, a vulture. However, Agness was so lovely inside and out that the Queen's spell only partially worked. While Agnes did become a bird, she turned into a beautiful swan instead of a buzzard.
sometimes in life we have to decide:
shall we proceed with our life just as it is? everything is fine, you're happy most of the time but still sometimes you have the feeling to miss something.
or shall we turn our life upside down? you don't know what will happen it could go completely wrong and you will be unhappy or you could make new experience and reach a level of happiness you didn't even know is possible or at least can't remember.
But if you only think about it and never do someting, you actually decide for the first alternative. But is that the right decision?

You know life is good when Hannah sends you a message saying she is in the mood for some photo therapy. She had a new outfit she wanted to try out and she wanted to do in a natural setting. Sounds good to me. We did this shoot on a blazing hot evening at the Scentsy campus in Meridian, Idaho in July 2022. Hannah is simply awesome to shoot with and we're already plotting future shoots.
Quick aside - this is the same area I shot Hannah at the beginning of 2022 - it was snowy and bitterly cold - about 20 degrees. She was turning blue. Big difference!
On July 19th, 2013 I witnessed one of the most dramatic and powerful sunsets of my entire life. It may well have been THE most dramatic. In any case it was an experience that gave me shivers. The light from the setting sun, after the disc had sunk below the horizon, was bouncing off and richly colouring the most unusual canopy of clouds. At first it was a kind of silvery yellow, then yellow, then amber, orange, pink, blue and purple, in turn, as the event moved on. At one point the sun had sunk past the horizon line only to be so intensely reflected off the higher, puffy, cloud canopy that you see here in a way that the air was literally saturated with an eery orange-ish light. This cast a strange, almost other-wordly glow over everything below.
I shot the entire process - over 150 pictures and counted my blessings that I was home and able to capture this unprecedented event. 2013 is turning out to be "the year of the sky" for me. From the record breaking thunderstorm of July the 8th, to the many sunsets and sunrises that seem to be so much more dramatic and powerful this year than I ever remember. No doubt the changing weather patterns are the source of these intense skies.
There are a total of 18 images posted here, out of the original 100+ shots taken. What started out as a typical summer sunset, gradually took a turn for the unusual once I spotted the weird canopy of bizarrely, very smoothly rounded cloud bottoms that begin to show themselves here. *************** This sky event really stood out for me because of the many layers of different types of clouds, all doing their own thing simultaneously. Different colours, different shapes, different windspeeds, it was quite the ballet.
