This type of slither frame allows all networked slithers to activate and roll as if they had an additional Movement system (up to the normal maximum of 2 systems worth of Movement dice) including the additional benefit from having a Movement system.
(Slithers don't gain any actual systems from the Slither Network for the purposes of damaging and removing systems, so they're still pretty fragile. All slithers have fixed systems, but still count as having 4 total systems a piece for the purposes of calculating initiative.)
