1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp tumeric
1/2 cup water
Blend in a food processor; mix in diced tomatoes, cilantro, scallions, pinch of black pepper, and lay on a bed of spinach leaves.
