The Benevolent King chicken tangine, preserved lemons, green olives, tumeric rice, dates

Made just this morning. My dad had half of it and poured pancake syrup on his. Claimed it was delicious.

I used firm tofu, tumeric and soy sauce and mixed it by hand.

For the filling, I used pine nuts, basil, parsley, garlic, miso and water, whirled it in a small chopper and it was amazingly creamy.

They are known for Cha Ca (Fried Fish Sauteed with Dill and Tumeric)
